How to improve performance using statiscal, engineering techniques?

TSusan O. Schall is President/Owner of SOS Consulting, LLC. Susan has over 20 years experience delivering improved performance using engineering, statistical and business process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, team-based problem-solving, lean manufacturing techniques, process assessment, and strategic planning. Clients include companies in the chemical, food, automotive, industrial supply, education, and printing industries. Prior to consulting, Susan held a variety of process improvement and leadership roles at RR Donnelley, GE Lighting, DuPont and Eastman Kodak. Susan is a Senior Member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She is a member of the ABET Board of Directors, the Editorial Board for ASQ’s Six Sigma Forum and Quality Engineering magazines, the ASQ Shewhart Medal and Hunter Award Committees, and the Penn State Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Professional Advisory Committee. She was also a member of the 2006 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners Susan received a BS in Mathematics from the State University of New York, Fredonia, and BS, MS, and PhD in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
