Computer Science Dept.Adjunct Professor

Michael Mendez

A Brief Bio

I am currently working as part of the Coordinator Staff in Chautauqua County Emergency Services/County Fire. My work involves a mix of disaster planning and management as well as development of technology and IT solutions which aid in those efforts. In addition to teaching, I also manage a business primarily working in the field of IT Solutions as well as safety and security.

I enjoy working in the Public Safety field, especially in those aspects which incorporate technology management and development. It is exciting to be able to incorporate new solutions to a field that is so diverse and can benefit so much from new technology. I am constantly looking for new ideas and solutions to try.
