Registration Procedure The registration fee includes: Copy of the proceedings containg the paper(s) presented by the author Reception Banquet Workshop tour Post-workshop tour Refreshments during the workshop breaks Click here to download the registration form and instructions in pdf. Click here to download the registration form and instructions in MS Word. If you need a visa to enter the USA, click here to download a sample letter for visa purposes in MS Word format. (Alternatively here you can download it in pdf format.) Please use the sample letter to fill up your name, affiliation, address and the title of your paper. Capitalize your last name (family name, surname). Send it to us in attachment at iwcia08@cs.fredonia.edu. Wite "Visa letter request" in the subject. We will verify the information, print it on headed paper, and send it to you according to the mailing method you have chosen on the registration form. Visa letters will be issued only to participants who have paid in full their registration fee. See the regisrtation form for instructions.
